This guide was created using Windows XP Service Pack 2 and Internet Explorer 6. If you are using a different operating system and/or Internet browser you may get slightly different prompts.
Welcome to my remote help page.
When you are told that I am ready to help you please click the "Frustrated User" Icon
After you click this icon our remote control program will begin to download
to your computer. You will be prompted to Run, Save or Cancel. Click the "Run"
Button to run the program.

You will then get a prompt about the program being from an
untrusted/unverified publisher, Click the "Run" Button again.

The program will then open. At this point I will tell you what my agent name is and you will enter it in the space provided. By using this tool you agree to the Terms and Conditions before clicking the "Connect" Button.

At this point you may receive a warning like this, if you are using the
Windows firewall. In most cases at this point I already have control of your
computer and you may see me clicking the unblock button.

OK! now click the icon to begin!
To close a session, right-click the
icon in the system tray and
select "Close".
If we get disconnected for any reason the icon
may turn yellow and you can right-click the
icon in the system tray and
select "Close" to close and remove the tool.
You may also save the program to the desktop or any known location for later use! Put it on your flash drive!
